48 channel pesticide residue detectorDeveloped according to the national standard GB/T5009.199-2003, the rapid determination of organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables strictly follows the provisions of the "Standard for Rapid Detection of Organophosphorus and Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Vegetables". It is an upgraded product of the first generation pesticide residue detector in China. When used in conjunction with pesticide residue enzyme reagents, it can quickly detect pesticide residues in samples and achieve more accurate detection. Widely used for rapid detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables, fruits, grains, tea, and soil.
4、 Instrument principle:
Under certain conditions, organophosphate and carbamate pesticides have inhibitory effects on the normal function of cholinesterase, and their inhibition rate is positively correlated with the concentration of the pesticide. Under normal circumstances, enzymes catalyze the hydrolysis of nerve conduction metabolites (acetylcholine), which react with chromogenic agents to produce a yellow substance. The absorbance change over time is measured using a pesticide residue detection instrument to calculate the inhibition rate, which can be used to determine the presence of organophosphorus or carbamate pesticides in the sample.
